Voramon Santiboon

Experience 
   Voramon has received her Bachelor in Criminal and Civil law. Following her graduation, Voramon has worked as a trainee in a firm in Singapore which focuses mainly in matrimonial law.
   Voramon’s recent role is a primary lawyer working in the field of corporate law. She is responsible for efficient administration of the companies, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented. Voramon is also responsible for preparation of various legal advices in respect of data protection & privacy law, and employment laws.

Education and Qualifications
   Voramon holds a Bachelor degree of Law from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. Major in Criminal and Civil and Law (2nd Class Honors). She also holds Thai Lawyer License Lawyers Council under the Royal Patronage.
   Voramon has also attended a Certified Data Protection Practitioner training course (CDPP) and received a certificate as a certified practitioner in data protection law.

Non-Practice Engagements
   Voramon was a board member of ALSA Thailand (Asian Law Students’ Association). She has attended several legal seminars during the time.
